As a consumer, you have 14 days from the date receiving the products to withdraw from the purchase contract. To withdraw from the contract, please complete the online return form. Download and fill in the return form and send it to the following e-mail address office@bandurska-design.com, you can also, interchangeably, include the printed form in the return package.

All return packages from outside the European Union must be sent via a courier company that handles customs clearance (eg DHL).
Postal parcels are subject to customs clearance by an external company and incur an additional customs cost and tax fee.
All non-EU postal packages will not be picked up and will be returned to the sender, or the sender will be asked to pay customs and tax.
The seller does not bear the costs related to the return / exchange of defect-free goods.
The customer covers the cost of returning the goods.
If the product is faulty and the complaint is accepted, the shipping cost (the cost of delivering the goods to the customer from the invoice or receipt issued to the purchase) will be refunded.
The funds will be returned to your account within 14 days from arriving at our address.
The funds will be refunded in the same form as payment for your order was made.

In case of exchanging the product, new items will be sent to the Customer up to 14 days after receiving the return parcel.
Modified products (e.g. fabric, colour, design modification) and made-to-measure products cannot be returned or exchanged.
