As a consumer, you have 14 days from the date receiving the products to withdraw from the purchase contract. To withdraw from the contract, please complete the online return form. Download and fill in the return form and send it to the following e-mail address office@bandurska-design.com, you can also, interchangeably, include the printed form in the return package.

A completed customs declaration must be attached to each return shipment sent to the Bandurska design address from outside the European Union (applies to all returns and exchanges of goods).
The declaration must contain information about the shipment of the goods for return or exchange.
The customs declaration can be obtained at your local post office / from your chosen carrier.
Lack of a customs declaration is tantamount to re-charging the customs duty.
Shipments not containing the above declaration will be returned to the sender.

The customer covers the cost of returning the goods.
If the product is faulty and the complaint is accepted, the shipping cost (the cost of delivering the goods to the customer from the invoice or receipt issued to the purchase) will be refunded.

The funds will be returned to your account within 14 days from arriving at our address.

The funds will be refunded in the same form as payment for your order was made.

In case of exchanging the product, new items will be sent to the Customer up to 14 days after receiving the return parcel.

Modified products (e.g. fabric, colour, design modification) and made-to-measure products cannot be returned or exchanged.
